Listed below are Puget Sound Energy's regulatory applications/filings currently in review with the UTC. Prior to any changes in our rates and tariffs, we must obtain regulatory approval.

2/26/2025 3/29/2025 The purpose of this filing is to revise electric Schedule 81 Tax Adjustment to incorporate 1) the estimated decrease in PSE’s credit losses (bad debt) per the outcome of the most recent UTC-approved general rate case in the consolidated Dockets UE-240004 and UG-240005 and 2) the increased natural gas jurisdictional utility taxes per Ordinance No. 816 of the City of Lakewood and Ordinance No. 3306 of the City of Puyallup.

2/27/2025 4/1/2025 The purpose of this filing is to revise electric Schedule 62 Substation and Related Equipment Capacity with updated operation and maintenance charge rates, administrative and general charges, and the capital charge rates that incorporate the outcomes of the PSE’s recent UTC-approved general rate case in accordance with the rate methodology set forth in Attachment C to Schedule 62.
